Bible Study Group & Lent Course

We meet as a House Group, usually on alternate Thursday evenings, for study, worship and fellowship. In Lent, and possibly at other times of the year, we meet on Sunday afternoons in the Church hall from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We're not a closed group - all are welcome. Come if you can. Dates and times are announced in the Church notices.

Buildings Working Party

We are a sub-committee of the PCC, set up to maintain and develop the Church’s premises – the Church, and Myland Parish Halls – where we share the same vision: to see the historic Parish Hall transformed to meet the needs of the growing community. We are currently working to a business plan, fundraising locally, and applying to grant making bodies, in order to achieve the goal of modernising the Parish Halls. There's lots more information on the Halls' website: www.mylandparishhalls.org.uk . We also have a vision for the Church which is well on the way to being realised - we now have a  toilet in Church, and are in the advanced stages of planning for a kitchen area.

CAM

CAM,  Community Action in Mile End, is a community development project funded by four Housing Associations, Colchester Borough Council and the Housing Corporation.
