Project structure

A Community Development Officer (CDO) is employed four days per week based at the Myland Parish Council office in Nayland Road. The CDO is employed by Colne Housing, line managed by CBC and reports every eight weeks to the project Board. The Board has representatives from the funders who agree and oversee the work plan. The worker takes part in CBC community development team meetings.

The project previously operated as CONEC (Community Outreach in North and East Colchester) for 3 years in the Hythe area too, with additional funding from the Housing Corporation.
